10 Years of Alzheimer's Research & Therapy

New Content ItemAlzheimer’s Research & Therapy is proud to mark ten years since its launch in 2009. 

Over the last decade, the journal has established itself as the major forum for translational research into Alzheimer’s Disease, other forms of Dementia, and neurodegenerative disease.

The research published in Alzheimer’s Research & Therapy has not only shaped the journal in its founding ten years, but also continues to drive the direction of the wider field. 

In celebration of this milestone, we are launching a thematic series on emerging themes in Alzheimer's research such as blood biomarkers, sex-specific differences and novel treatment approaches. This series is open to submissions from authors across the research community.

We will also be collating new reviews on advances in the field across the last decade, impactful research from the journal’s archives, and an Editorial reflecting on the journal’s progress since its foundations. 

Submissions to this series are now closed. All published manuscripts have been subject to the journal's standard peer review process.
