Study protocols of trials in the Tailored Implementation for Chronic Diseases (TICD) project

The Tailored Implementation for Chronic Diseases project is a project funded by the European Community under its Framework 7 program. This collection of articles describes the study protocols of five cluster randomized trials in different countries and targeting different chronic conditions. It also includes the study protocol of a process evaluation in these five trials.
