A review series of TRP channels focusing on their temperature sensitivity. Especially, 1) thermosensing properties of the thermosensitive TRP channels, 2) how are those thermosensitive channels involved in temperature-dependent physiological functions?, 3) structure basis of temperature sensitivity (which is not well known) are the main topics.
